ABOUT GP TRANSLATION

Founded in June 2017 in Strasbourg, France, and moved to Lyon in July 2020, GP translation was born as a result of my passion for languages, intercultural communication, and human rights issues. It provides linguistic services to businesses, EU institutions, international organisations, law firms, charities and NGOs, both directly and through translation companies.

• Translation of European Parliament summaries of petitions from BrE to French (28 pages)
• Translation and MTPE of legal and other types of texts for the Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union (CdT) from English and Greek to French
• Translation and Proofreading of several Ts & Cs and Privacy Policies from AmE to French
• Translation and MTPE of legal and other texts from English to French for UN agencies such as the World Food Programme, the Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Sexual Violence in Conflict, and the UN Office for Disarmament Affairs
• Translation of legal texts for the DGT of the European Commission from Greek to French
